Local Restaurants Compete in a Tiki Takeover Competition for Denver Food and Wine
Local restaurants will compete in a Tiki Takeover competition for Denver Food and Wine’s 10 year anniversary! Each restaurant will have the chance to win over the crowd with their tropical themed dish this Thursday, September 4th at the RiNo Beach Club!
The confirmed list of competing restaurants is in, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what is going to be cooked up to try and impress the guests! Here is a little bit about the culinary competitors:
The BSide in Denver is a bar and restaurant new to the Uptown neighborhood that offers quality nostalgic food, the most unique craft beer, delicious classic cocktails, all served with genuine hospitality. They’ll be sharing their passion for good ol’ fashioned fun whether you are bellied up to the bar or taking in the scenery on our patios.
An East Colfax staple since 2001, Solera is a charming restaurant located in Denver, Colorado. Inspired by Spanish farmhouse cuisine, Chef/Owner Goose Sorensen uses time honored techniques like slow roasting and braising to create simple dishes that are rich in flavor.
Sessions are for sharing, globally-inspired, locally sourced and seasonally-influenced, cuisine from vivid iron-clad cookware. Eighteen taps of elevated craft cocktails, elegant beers and esoteric wines, compliment an extensive beverage program designed to awaken every session whether before or after a day well lived. A casual, vibrant, east-meets-west environment enriched by local and international street art provides both the gateway into, and the backdrop for dining, drinking and lingering in three sweeping architectural areas inspired by nature, movement, music, light and art.
